Payments:
Payments for online registrations can be made by Visa or MasterCard through the NewSpring Ministries Resources Store. If you are unable to pay by Visa or MasterCard you can contact us to pay by check. All payments must be made in full prior to the event.
Cancellations:
A full refund less than $25 per person will be given for cancellations made two weeks prior to the event date. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the event or for no shows. Registrations may be transferred from person to person within your group at no charge. Registrations are not transferable to future dates or events.
Children/Childcare:
We are unable to accommodate children at this event. If you are planning to travel with children, please make arrangements for childcare during the sessions.
Waiting List:
When the event is full, we will begin a waiting list. Names will be added to the waiting list in the order that we receive them.
